I found out that there are 19 living relatives. They took 3,700 blood donations and 19 had the same as Otzi. They don't even know yet there are related to Otzi. The 19 people are all men they all live in Austrian Tirol. Otzi's haplogroup is very rare.
SO I WONDER IF UWENT TO EUROPE WHERE SOME OF OTZIS REALITIVES ARE ABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUTOZI AND THE LIFE HE LEAD.
The article told us about Ötzi's relatives. The way they found his relatives was simple, they found the most generally inherited in men and women, which is Y chromosomes for men and mitochondria for women. The scientists took a test and 19 men were found. The reason no women were found was because they haven't had time to test them yet. There was also a part of the article telling you how Ötzi died. It said that Ötzi died because of a large hole in his head causing him brain damage. Overall he had a very painful death.
